How to change or top up engine oil in Chery Amulet?

Oil is topped up through the oil filler neck. It is necessary to use the substance that is already in the engine (not an analogue, not similar, but exactly that). It is necessary to unscrew the plug and pour the oil a little, while simultaneously controlling the level with a dipstick.

With a complete replacement, the motor is pre-flushed to completely eliminate the possibility of mixing different oils. The process of pouring new fluid occurs in stages, immediately after stopping (with a hot engine).

1. Open the oil filler cap.
2. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the oil into a container.
3. Check the condition of the gasket on the drain plug, replace if necessary.
4. Flush the motor with special flushing oil (or the same that will be filled in).
5. Screw in the drain plug.
6. Remove the oil filter with a special wrench.
7. Lubricate the O-ring of the new filter with oil.
8. Reinstall the filter and manually lock it by turning it 3/4 turn.
9. Fill in new grease through the oil filler neck (3.5-4 l).
10. Close the cork.

After that, the engine is started at idle. In this case, the emergency lamp on the pressure sensor should go out. After 3-5 minutes, check the level again and, if necessary, add more.

So, you need to replace the lubricant in the engines of Chery Amulet cars after 10 thousand km of the road or a year of driving if you drive under normal conditions. In the presence of harmful factors, the frequency increases - up to a factor of 5000 km.
