Shunting locomobile. Shunting locomobile MAZ with km. Combination travel drive activation

The MART locomobile (universal rail vehicle) is installed on the rails at any railway crossing or a suitable site with deepened rail tracks. With the help of a hydraulic system, the front and rear rollers are installed on the railway track, lifting front axle above the rail. The rear rollers serve as guiding supports that prevent lateral movement rear wheels locomobile. The track of the driving wheels coincides with the rail track, and the track of the steered wheels is wider than the rail track. The traction force on the rails is transmitted through the rear drive wheels.

Pairs of rail wheels are mounted with the ability to move relative to the drive wheels (a unique follower mechanism is used that does not allow weakening of the contact of the drive wheels with the rail surface). Thanks to this technical solution, the specific traction (braking) force of the machine when driving on rails is a multiple of that for steel wheels, and the rail wheels maintain reliable contact with the rails under any conditions.

The propulsion is provided by the rear wheels of the base chassis, which has the following advantage: Traction force is limited by the rubber-steel friction coefficient and the weight applied to the rear axles locomobile. The rubber/steel friction coefficient is approximately three times higher than the steel-steel friction coefficient, which allows the locomobile to move small trains (up to 10 wagons). When driving on a highway, the holding trolleys with rail wheels are raised and fixed;

The chassis of the locomobile is designed to be equipped and move along highways and railway tracks with a gauge of 1520 mm. Transport base-chassis Ural, KAMAZ, ZIL.

on chassis base car the frame, the front axle are being finalized, rear axles and their suspension, details of fastening of equipment for movement on rails, including hydraulic and electrical equipment, as well as equipment and devices necessary for movement on rails, are introduced. railway. Railroad equipment includes front and rear bogies to keep on rails, hydraulic system, electro-hydraulic rail travel control system.

My doubts expressed in the previous posting turned out to be groundless. The last steam locomotive on wheels in the USSR was built at the Lyudinovsky locomobile, and now - a diesel locomotive plant in 1957. It is very symbolic that in the same year the first Soviet satellite took off into space.

And the history of Russian locomobilization began about 100 years earlier, when mobile steam power plants for industrial and agricultural use began to arrive in the country from abroad. In 1875, the first Russian locomobile was built at the Lyudinovsky locomotive plant of the joint-stock company "Maltsov Plants".

Later, the Kolomna Locomotive Plant, the Nikolaev Plant of the Butin Brothers, the Votkinsk Armory and a number of others joined the production of locomobiles, but Lyudinovsky remained the largest manufacturer of these units until the end both in Tsarist Russia and in the Soviet Union. In 1913, 209 locomobiles were made in Lyudinovo (about 87% of the total Russian production), in Kolomna - about 20, and at other enterprises they were produced as piece products.

At the same time, it should be noted that Russian factories only to a small extent met the needs of the industry, electric power industry and agriculture of the country in steam engines. Before the revolution, almost 85% of locomobiles operating in Russia were imported.

Among foreign models, the products of English firms Ruston & Proctor and Marshall prevailed. At the end of the civil war, the import of English locomobiles resumed briefly, but then was finally curtailed. But domestic output increased tenfold. It reached its peak in 1940, when the Lyudinovsky plant alone riveted 6,400 locomobiles! In the future, the production of obsolete cars began to decline.

Unfortunately, out of many thousands of Soviet and Russian locomobiles, only a few have survived to this day, and most of them are in a very deplorable state. But some of them can still be brought into a decent form, and perhaps even return them to working capacity.

START OF WORK OF THE MACHINE UNIVERSAL MAZ 6312B9 ON RAILS

Before starting work on installing the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine on the rails, the operator must carefully read and strictly comply with the requirements of this manual;

Any sections of the rail track are suitable for traffic, including turnouts and intersections where the movement of railway vehicles is possible. The superstructure of the track must be in good condition and comply with the requirements of the railway of the country of the customer of the Universal Machine MAZ 6312V9. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring that there is enough free space between the groove and the rail head, as well as in the area of the tires of the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine.

There must be no foreign objects on the track! on crossings, transborders and turning circles, the rails can be displaced relative to each other. for safety reasons, you should move very carefully along such sections of the path and, if possible, eliminate existing problems in advance.

When driving on a road, turn off the hydraulic distribution element, as well as the control panel for the device for driving on a rail track.

Sections of the rail track intended for the movement of the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine should be regularly checked for the presence of possible faults. A strong displacement of the rails can lead to hard shocks during movement and, thus, can cause the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine to derail from the rails. Stones, metal objects or other similar objects located near the rails can also cause derailment, or at least cause severe wear on the tires of the MAZ 6312V9 universal car.

When driving on sections of the track, in which the rail head is at the level of the highway, the width and depth of the grooves should be controlled. Make sure that there are no foreign objects, sand and dirt on the gutters!

Make sure that the KZhH guide rollers are parallel to the rails!

To ensure a quick setting on the rails, you must first lower the rear and then the front axle of the KZhK!

Pressure pneumatic system Cars of the universal MAZ 6312V9 must have a nominal operating pressure air approx. 6-8 bar.

Useful information: in case the front part of the KZhH is not parallel to the rails, the operator can move the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine in reverse and in this way you can level the position.

MOVEMENT ON THE RAILWAY

When driving under a contact wire, follow the safety instructions and take all necessary measures to prevent emergencies! When crossing turnouts, make sure that the turnouts are in the correct position!

The maximum speed of movement on the rail track must not exceed 40 km/h!!! The passage of intersections and turnouts should be carried out at the minimum possible speed in order to avoid derailment of the MAZ 6312V9 universal machine from the rails.

REMOVAL FROM THE RAILWAY

  • Stop the Universal Vehicle MAZ 6312V9 at a railway crossing or a specially prepared section of the road, the surface of which is on the same level with the rail head;
  • Using the hydraulic control section control knob, raise the front LHC to the transport (upper) position. Similarly, raise the back of the FLC unit (see figure) using the FLC control knobs;
