Nissan Tiida - sales, prices, credit. Yuri Vetrov tested the new generation Nissan Tiida hatchback Sale of Nissan Tiida hatchback car

Five-door hatchback Nissan Tiida is built on the same platform as the Sentra sedan, which is produced at the IzhAvto plant and sold in Russia. From its European counterpart, produced under the name Nissan Pulsar, the version for the Russian Federation differs in increased ground clearance to 155 mm, reinforced suspension, a battery with a larger capacity.

If we talk about the differences with the Sentra sedan, they mainly come down to the body shape and exterior - the hatchback has an original appearance, moreover, Nissan is positioning the new generation Tiida as a car for a younger audience than the Sentra sedan. There is also a difference in equipment - for example, a leather interior is not available for the Tiida. In addition, the Tiida is a little shorter (4387 mm versus 4625 mm for the sedan) and its trunk is more modest, but the wheelbase of the hatchback is the same - 2700 mm, this guarantees a good supply of space in the rear of the cabin and makes the Nissan Tiida one of the most spacious in class. In terms of technical content and interior, the cars are completely identical. On Russian market Tiida is offered with a four-cylinder 1.6-liter engine in combination with a five-speed manual or CVT.

The basic equipment of the Nissan Tiida in the Welcome package (only on “mechanics”) includes power windows on all four doors, electric power steering, steering column adjustment for reach and height, driver’s seat height adjustment, as well as air ducts for rear passengers and audio preparation. More expensive versions include dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror, keyless entry and push-button engine start, cruise control, NissanConnect multimedia system with navigation system and other equipment.

Under the hood is the only engine known from the Russian Centra. This is a four-cylinder 1.6-liter HR16DE engine with 117 hp. (158 Nm). Available transmission types: five-speed manual and CVT. The declared fuel consumption of a car equipped with a manual transmission is 8.2 liters per 100 km in the urban cycle, 5.5 liters outside the city, the average is 6.4 l/100 km. The version with the CVT consumes 8.1 liters of gasoline per 100 km in the urban cycle, 5.4 liters outside the city, the average is the same - 6.4 l/100 km. But in the modification on “mechanics” maximum speed hatchback - 188 km/h, and in combination with a CVT - 180 km/h. Acceleration rates from zero to 100 km/h are also different - 10.6 seconds. and 11.3 sec. respectively.

Nissan Tiida has a front independent suspension McPherson and rear semi-independent. Russian version The car received a modernized suspension with reinforced front stabilizer lateral stability and rear torsion beam, as well as improved springs and shock absorbers. The minimum turning radius for this front wheel drive car- 5.5 meters. Ground clearance is at 155 mm. As standard, the hatchback received 16" steel wheels with decorative caps and 205/55 R16 tires, in more expensive trim levels (Elegance and higher) alloy wheels, and in top-end configuration Tekna - 17" alloy wheels with 205/50 R17 tires.

The basic equipment of the hatchback includes front airbags for the driver and passenger (passenger - switchable), ISOFIX mountings, anti-lock braking system brakes and electronic system directional stability, as well as an electronic distribution system braking forces(EBD). From Elegance Plus, more high level Comfort and safety are ensured by light and rain sensors and an auto-dimming interior rear view mirror. And the Tekna configuration includes xenon headlights with auto-leveling and LED running lights. Tiida's power elements are made with significant use of heavy-duty steels, providing a high degree of body rigidity.

Nissan Tiida can be considered as family hatchback, with a good supply of space in the cabin. In trunk volume, it is, however, inferior to the sedan, offering 307 liters versus 511 liters for the Sentra, but its features include a less sloping roof and more stock overhead for rear passengers, and the presence of a fifth door makes the hatchback very functional. Unfortunately, both cars on the Russian market offer only one engine option, which limits the options for buyers. In 2016, against the backdrop of falling sales of new cars, the Izhevsk plant, where both models are produced, temporarily suspended assembly Tiida hatchbacks, as expected - before the sale of inventory.

Despite the unsightly appearance and modest equipment, the Nissan Tiida (NISSAN Tiida) is in steady demand for secondary market. Economical, flexible, unpretentious in everyday life, and, moreover, with a moderate appetite - what is not an ideal companion, if not for life, then for the next few years. Thanks to its considerable dimensions and versatility this car popular among practical and family car enthusiasts, as it is perfect not only for everyday commuting, but also for traveling with the whole family. Now let’s try to find out how things stand with reliability, and what surprises a used Nissan Tiida can present to its new owner.

A little history:

Production of the Nissan Tiida began in 2004, this model replaced the Nissan Almera Classic and was designed to fill the niche between the "" and the "Qashqai". Initially, the car was intended only for domestic market Japan, and only in 2007 this model began to be officially sold in the CIS. In Japanese dialect, the model's name means "sun" or "changing tide." Before the car appeared on the CIS markets, it managed to gain popularity not only in Japan, but also in the USA (in the States the car is sold under the name “Versa”). This model built on the Note platform, although it is significantly larger in size, the car is available in two bodies - a sedan and a hatchback. Thanks to the elongated base and high roof, it was possible to create a salon that is not inferior in volume to competitors in the “D” segment. For example, the interior of the Tiida is longer than the interior of the Opel Vectra and. In 2010, the car was restyled, and in 2015, sales of the second generation Nissan Tiida started.

Advantages and disadvantages of used Nissan Tiida

The car's paintwork is quite weak, as a result, chips and scratches appear very quickly. Most often, the hood suffers from chips, and if they are not fixed immediately, then, over time, the paint around the chips begins to swell (on 60-70% of cars the hood was repainted). Chrome-plated body elements are not famous for their reliability; under the influence of reagents that are abundantly sprinkled on our roads, chrome begins to become cloudy and then swell after a couple of years of vehicle operation. As for the corrosion resistance of the car, there are no serious problems with it. But, in fairness, it must be said that in places of chips, saffron milk caps appear quite quickly, but, as a rule, they do not lead to any serious problems. On cars older than five years, problems with door locks appear.

Engines

Officially, the Nissan Tiida was offered only with gasoline engines 1.6 (110 hp) and 1.8 (126 hp). Also, on the market you can find a car with diesel engine 1.5 (109 hp), these cars were imported to us from Europe. Operating experience has shown that problems with power units practically never happens, since they are perfectly adapted to our working conditions. Closer to 100,000 km, the starter may need to be replaced; an unpleasant squeaking sound from under the hood when trying to start the engine will signal the need for repairs (often, replacing the relay lubricant helps eliminate the problem). At a mileage of 120-150 thousand km, the generator pulley fails.

All engines are equipped with a timing chain drive; as a rule, up to 200,000 km, this unit does not require special attention. To replace the spark plugs you have to remove intake manifold. Therefore, it is recommended to install iridium spark plugs, on average, they are enough for 80,000 km, and for many this is 3-4 years of car operation. The best option A car with a 1.6 engine is considered to be purchased, as it has optimal dynamics and fuel consumption. If we compare it with 1.8, then the difference in acceleration from 0 to 100 is only half a second, while fuel consumption is more powerful motor more by 1-1.5 liters. With proper engine maintenance, they can operate for 300-350 thousand km without major overhauls.

Transmission

The Nissan Tiida can be equipped with a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic from Jatko. Operating experience has shown that both boxes are quite reliable. Mechanical problems are extremely rare, the clutch is also not weak point and can last up to 150,000 km. Rarely, there are problems with the clutch slave cylinder - it begins to suck in air. The weak point of the automatic transmission is considered to be the plastic ends of the gear selection drive; as a rule, they fail after 4-5 years of the car’s life. The main sign of a breakdown will be: random switching of the transmission from mode “D” to “N”, mode “P” stops turning on. Also, the key may not turn to the “Lock” position if the selector is set to the “P” position. In order to extend the service life of the transmission, experts recommend changing the oil at least once every 60-80 thousand km.

Nissan Tiida chassis reliability

The chassis is considered the weakest point of the car, and if you come to look at a used car and there is nothing knocking in it, there is reason to wonder what the owner of this car wants to hide from you. There is no need to be afraid of the unreliability of the suspension, since its main elements, on average, last about 80,000 km, plus, repairing the chassis, as a rule, is not expensive. The design of the Nissan Tiida suspension is quite simple - MacPherson strut in front, rear mounted cross beam. The weakest point of the suspension is traditionally the stabilizer struts and bushings; their service life does not exceed 30,000 km. About once every 70,000 km, the support bearings and support cups will need to be replaced; at approximately the same mileage, the wheel bearings will need to be replaced (they are replaced as an assembly with the hub).

Every 80-90 thousand km, the silent blocks of the subframe become unusable. Often, servicemen say that silent blocks are changed only with the subframe, but in fact they can be changed separately, and at the same time save a little. Lever silent blocks serve an average of 100,000 km and are replaced as an assembly with the lever. The steering also has a number of shortcomings. So, in particular, a common problem is the wear of the splines connected to the steering shaft, a signal about the need urgent repairs A crunching and grinding noise in the steering column when turning the steering wheel will help. Basically, dealers replace this assembly, but many owners solve the problem by replacing two crosspieces.

Salon

The interior finishing materials are of average quality, therefore, extraneous squeaks and knocks are a matter of time, and the older the car gets, the more annoying sounds appear. The finishing of the steering wheel loses its presentation quite early (after 3-4 years of operation). Problems with interior electrical equipment do not arise often, but they still exist. The main ones include: failure of the microswitch of the air conditioner switch button, whistling of the heater motor (solved by lubricating all the rubbing parts of the motor), failure of the heater resistor, the immobilizer may temporarily lose contact with the key, the comfort unit may spontaneously turn on external lighting devices.

Result:

– perhaps one of the most reliable cars in the segment “ C» on the secondary market. Yes, it does not stand out with its exquisite design and does not attract the attention of passers-by with its appearance, but those who pay attention to it will not be disappointed.

If you are the owner of this car model, please describe the problems that you encountered while using the car. Perhaps your review will help the readers of our site when choosing a car.

Best regards, editor AutoAvenue

The main competitive advantage of the new Nissan Tiida hatchback is its large interior length. This also became the main advantage of the European twin Pulsar, which entered the Western market a long time ago. Between the backs of the first and second rows is 692 mm, much more than that of other C-class hatchbacks. And even in some “D” class cars it’s more cramped.

The secret is in the size of the wheelbase. Its size is 2700 mm, like that of the Nissan Almera sedan, spacious interior which we admired three years ago, when its production started in Togliatti. Among competitors, only the Mazda 3 has such a distance between the axles, but it has a lower roof, especially at the rear.

Another secret to the spaciousness of the cabin is its small size. luggage compartment, under the floor of which there is a full-size spare tire. But in the back seat of the Tiida, a person of average height can sit cross-legged and even drive for a long time: the new product has a smooth ride that is not typical for a C-class hatchback.

Of course, the point here is not only in the large wheelbase, but also in the suspension settings: it works perfectly, allowing you not to be afraid of even large bumps, which are abundant on Georgian roads. Sometimes it helps a lot ground clearance- 155 mm, like the single-platform Sentra sedan, and 20 mm more than the Pulsar. And, naturally, our hatchback does not have a “skirt” under the front bumper, which comes off so easily and offensively in both Russian and Georgian “directions”.

"Tiida" differs from "Pulsar" not only in increased ground clearance and the missing "skirt", but also rims, rear-view mirror housings and increased depth of door handle niches. Otherwise - the same appearance, with the characteristic features of the new ones Nissan Qashqai and X-Trail V-shaped radiator grille element, contours rear window and optics. It is interesting that externally the Tiida is much closer to crossovers than to the same Sentra sedan, although inside, especially in the front part of the cabin, they are almost identical.

The quality of finishing materials is at an average level, all buttons are quickly located, no questions arise. The only “but” is the inserts, painted to look like aluminum. In my opinion, they are as vulgar as the “carbon fiber” design on cars that have nothing to do with motorsport. However, this is a matter of taste. And the obvious drawback is the front seats, which are too high, with soft material inside and short cushions.

The Tiida has only one engine, the same as the Sentra, a 1.6 petrol engine developing 117 hp. and 158 Nm, combined with either a CVT or a 5-speed manual transmission. Already from these introductory notes it is clear that the car is unlikely to amaze with acceleration that drives into the backs of the seats. This is how it happens: when you press the accelerator pedal, the tachometer needle does not fly up, but goes to the 4000 rpm mark. To invigorate the car and get acceptable acceleration, you have to use the sport mode of the variator, then the engine spins up faster. And when climbing steep hills, which are abundant in Tbilisi and its environs, I use L mode, limiting the gear ratio.

On the second day I take a car with a manual transmission. The ride becomes more fun, but the dynamics are not impressive. And the switching mechanism does not shine with clarity - with a long-travel clutch pedal, it’s better to forget about a quick change, especially if you don’t want to listen to the crunch of the synchronizers.

But both versions, both with “mechanics” and with a CVT, are pleasing with their efficiency. According to the manufacturer - 6.4 liters per 100 km in mixed mode, the actual consumption on Georgian roads is about 7 liters. And another advantage of the car is silence in the cabin, also unusual for a compact class hatchback. It can be seen (that is, heard) that the Tiida designers have worked hard on sound insulation. Although acoustic comfort was quite high in the previous generation.

The steering settings (the steering wheel is “long”) also convince us that the developers imagined a calm driver behind the wheel, and not a “driver,” which somewhat does not correspond to the portrait “painted” by Russian Nissan marketers - an active city dweller or city woman aged 30–45 years. Although, of course, it is clear that they needed to “divide” the Tiida audience with potential Sentra buyers, who should be practical and respectable people from 35 to 55 years old, mostly men with families.

What they got right was the name of the test drive - “Territory of Comfort”. And this is not about Georgia, but about the car itself. It’s really comfortable to drive in it, and you don’t even want to rush anywhere - which is little understood by the local population, who fly across the roads even in rusty Zhiguli and Volga cars, despite the declared strictness of the local police. Show-offs are more valuable than money...

The only thing that doesn’t make you feel comfortable about Tiida is the price. This car costs from 839,000 rubles. in the “naked” Welcome package, and the price tag of the Tekna version, as in our test drive, exceeds the psychological barrier of a million rubles.

Bottom line

Ilya Pimenov, editor:

Of course, every fruit has its own vegetable, and the Nissan Tiida can become the only and irreplaceable one for that calm head of the family 35–55 years old, who no longer chases anyone or anything. If, of course, he is satisfied with the price, it is by no means the lowest for this class. The same couple of Korean models, Hyundai i30 and Kia cee"d, are cheaper than the Japanese in most trim levels - although they are not so spacious inside.

Nissan Tiida is a hatchback that the Japanese automaker Nissan began producing in 2004. After a radical update and several restylings, the model received a completely new look - modesty and practicality were replaced by comfort and external gloss. The latest restyling dates back to 2014 - a year later the model appeared in Russia in a modified form. Russian version Nissan Tiida Available with increased ground clearance (155 mm) - for better review and cross-country ability, reinforced suspension, a battery with a larger capacity, a 1.6-liter 117-horsepower engine adapted to our conditions, a choice of “mechanics” or a CVT.

A win-win option: a roomy and comfortable hatchback that has performed well

The latest generation Nissan Tiida is designed on the platform of the Sentra sedan - wheelbase became longer by 100 mm, more space in width and height appeared in the cabin, the front seats received additional adjustments, and back seat became more comfortable. The manufacturer offers to buy a car in one of six trim levels - even the minimum Welcome version is distinguished by relative comfort and safety: full power accessories, height- and tilt-adjustable steering wheel, heated side mirrors and rear window, on-board computer, front airbags available. Pay extra for one of more expensive configurations Nissan Tiida, you get options such as dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, an armrest on the second row of seats, pockets for small items in the backs of the front seats and other useful options.

You can buy a comfortable and roomy hatchback at the Moscow Inkom-Auto showroom. On rights official dealer we offer favorable prices, service, installation of additional equipment.

Russia is not Europe, which is why the new generation Nissan Tiida is not a Pulsar. That is, outwardly they look like twins, but in reality...
What are you, Izhevsk-assembled Nissan Sentra, but with a hatchback body, which from now on we call Tiida?

The new Tiida debuted in China back in 2011 - and, like the co-platform Sentra, it is global: sold in America, China, Japan and many countries in the Asian and Pacific regions. Last year, the Tiida, subjected to a large-scale restyling, appeared in Europe under the name Pulsar. But! Our Russian couple Tiida/Sentra, although outwardly difficult to distinguish from their “worldwide sisters,” has a completely different basis. If the Chinese-American Sentra, as well as the Asian-European Tiida/Pulsar, is built on a V-platform (Note, Micra), then our Izhevsk Nissans are on an older V platform. They have a different shape of the front subframe, a different rear H-shaped beam, silent blocks, shock absorbers, springs...

Compared to its predecessor, the new Tiida rang out in all directions except vertical

The differences from the European Pulsar are small. But our Tiida has suspensions from the “B” platform, while the Pulsar uses the “V” platform

But why, you ask? Why remake ready-made models specifically for Russia, “rearranging” them onto the old platform?

The power window buttons are not backlit, auto mode is only at the driver's door

The Nissan people answer: it's a matter of ground clearance. Even for China and Asia opportunities new V-platform enough, but for Russia it was possible to increase the ground clearance by 20 mm only with the previous B-components. And now from the ground to the bottom of the Izhevsk Tiida - 155 mm. This is according to the “passport”. But in real life... I didn’t climb under the presentation Tiida with a tape measure (it was in Sochi). But when we tested the Sentra at the Dmitrov test site winter tires, Andrey Mokhov measured as much as 180 mm of real ground clearance!

This is what the life-giving platform does...

At the same time, externally, the Izhevsk Tiida differs from the European Pulsar only in the absence of a rubber skirt under the front bumper, deeper niches for door handles and other mirrors. And the interior is like in the Center.

Pliable fabric chair, loose on the slide, lacks adjustable lumbar support and clear lateral support

In short, the Izhevsk Sentra and Tiida are truly designed specifically for us Russians. And if the typical owner of the Sentra, according to the calculations of Nissan marketers, is a man aged 35 to 55 years, then the Tiida is addressed to younger people, from 30 to 45, of both sexes and mostly living in cities.

Tiida's main trump card is the space on the back seat. In terms of space in front of passengers' knees, it not only surpasses most golf-class cars, but also outperforms the larger average representatives of the D-segment

What's the difference?

City dwellers are plagued by problems with parking - for a hatchback, which is 238 mm shorter, the chances of finding a space are higher. The trunk, however, is much smaller than the Center's - only 307 liters according to the “passport” versus 511 liters for the sedan. The Euro-Pulsar has a 53-liter larger compartment, but this is only due to the lack of a spare wheel, while our cars have a full-size one.

But the rear seat is spacious and hardly worse than in a sedan. “Behind myself”, with my height of 176 cm, I sat down with a twenty-centimeter margin in front of my knees!

And when I got behind the wheel, I found myself in a shapeless, home-like soft chair. For the Sentra, a leatherette-covered “chair” is available as an option, harder and denser, while the Tiida, even in the top Tekna version, is content with a pliable seat covered in a combined fabric.

The center console is a reflection of the Tiida equipment hierarchy. The cup holders not included in the frame are in the “base” (Welcome version). CVT for 35,000 rubles - starting with the Comfort package. Dual-zone climate control is Elegance. Keyless entry - Elegance Plus. Navigation - Elegance Connect. And the top version of Tekna includes all of the above

Under the hood, Tiida has the same uncontested 117-horsepower HR16DE 1.6-liter gasoline engine as in the Centra. It is combined with either a five-speed manual transmission or a Jatco V-belt variator.

Tiida's calming interior, trimmed mostly with pliable plastic, is identical to the Sentra. But the mood is airier: racks windshield thinner and the roof is higher

Regarding manual transmission, then the light clutch pedal does not allow you to feel the moment of closure of the disc with the flywheel, and the long-stroke fuzzy lever deprives you of the feeling of a latched gear. In addition, the second here is quite “long” and spins up to 105 km/h, and the fifth, on the contrary, is “short”: at 110 km/h the tachometer already shows 3000 rpm, which does not contribute to efficiency.

Clear and crisp instruments without unnecessary embellishments - a role model

There are no parking sensors, and the rear view camera greatly distorts reality and has fixed virtual marking lines

If low fuel consumption is a priority, you need a CVT. According to the passport, the Tiida with it in the NEDC urban cycle consumes only 8.1 liters of gasoline per 100 km - as much as 1.4 l/100 km less than, for example, a Kia cee’d 1.6 with an automatic transmission. And this seems to be true: even when driving aggressively along the Sochi serpentines, my consumption did not exceed 9 l/100 km.

But it’s just not enough pleasure: I pressed the gas and the engine grinds at a constant 6000 rpm. In sport mode, the revs jump and the noise increases even more. What's the point? There is a sense: the sister Sentra in our test gained “hundreds” from a standstill in a convincing 11.2 seconds.

Tiida's element is a long road: in a straight line, even uneven, she flies like an arrow

I remember that my colleagues were delighted with the Sentra’s driving habits. Front McPherson struts and rack and pinion steering with electric power steering on the steering column of the hatchback are identical to the sedan, the settings have not been revised either rear suspension, although the feed was lighter by 42 kg.

But Tiida didn't turn me on. Maybe because we compared the Sentra with not the most “fun” sedans Renault Fluence And Toyota Corolla— and did she look advantageous against their background? But the hatchback has different competitors: quite European in spirit and essence Ford Focus or Kia cee"d, full-fledged golf-class cars with multi-link rear suspensions.

Or did Tiida “didn’t put me in” because it was on the Sochi serpentines? Here the requirements for responsiveness and “steering feel” at large steering angles are high, but Tiida has problems with both: the steering wheel makes almost three and a half turns from lock to lock and pleases feedback, only if it is deflected no more than 90°.

But the car handles straight lines very well, and when changing lanes and in shallow turns it is very precise and reliable. And the comfort has been worked out perfectly, especially the acoustic one. So...

By golf class standards, the trunk is modest - only 307 liters. There are no hooks for bags, the finishing is sloppy in places, there is no ski hatch, and the folded backrests of the rear sofa create a ledge about 12 cm high

In the underground there is a full-size spare wheel and a plastic tool holder

Sales of Tiida started on March 30. Similar to the Centra, there are four fixed configurations: Welcome, Comfort, Elegance and Tekna. The first (839 thousand rubles) offers a stabilization system, but there is not even air conditioning - it appears only in Comfort (873 thousand rubles).

And Tekna (1 million 30 thousand rubles) has almost everything you want, including navigation and LED headlights instead of xenon ones on the Sentra. Only one “middle” version, Elegance, can be supplemented with a choice of Connect packages (Nissan Connect 2Kai multimedia plus rear view camera) and Plus packages (light and rain sensors, keyless entry, interior mirror with auto-dimming, and side mirrors with electric folding). The “richest” Tiida is 20 thousand more affordable than the similar Sentra, but for the most popular and also identical Comfort packages and Elegance, the difference is only five thousand rubles in favor of the hatchback, and the surcharge for the CVT is the same 35 thousand rubles.

In three months (from December to February), Sentra sold more than five thousand copies - the demand is not bad. Nissan people assume that the hatchback will also be a market success. After all, the now popular Kia cee’d 1.6 with an automatic transmission in the Prestige configuration, similar to Tiida’s Elegance version with the Plus package, costs almost the same: 960 versus 968 thousand rubles. Although Casco insurance for Kia is half the price.

So Tii...yes or no? Looking forward to the comparison test!
