Designing a service station with the development of a tire fitting area for cars

In the graduation project, the design of the city station was completed Maintenance with the development of a tire shop. Number of car maintenance per year 2550.

The technological calculation of the designed car service station made it possible to determine the annual labor intensity of maintenance and repair of the declared car park, which for the forecast period amounted to 152,082 man-hours.

The number of staff of the designed service station, provided for work at posts and areas for car repair, for the implementation of diagnostic and adjustment work, is 94 people.

A master plan for the service station has been developed to cover 16,000 square meters of vehicle storage, customer and staff parking for a yearly vehicle maintenance and repair program.

The optimal choice of technological equipment of the tire fitting site, can reduce labor costs for the performance of technological operations and reduce industrial injuries.

The development of the safety section of the production process of the designed service station allows you to systematize the harmful and dangerous factors of the tire fitting site and propose a plan of key measures to ensure labor and environmental protection, as well as consider the safety of the service for the client.

The calculations made in the economic section confirmed the high efficiency of the workshop development and the validity of the new production plan, and also made it possible to determine the one-time capital investments and the payback period for auto service production, which amounted to 0.9 years.

aim thesis was to develop a project for a service station to perform all types of maintenance (TO) and in-depth repairs of Italian brand cars with a capacity of 15 working posts. It consists of five parts, which deal with all the main issues related to the design of road transport.

1) In the technological part of the diploma project, the following was done: calculation of a service station, calculation of the annual scope of work for maintenance and repair and a serviced fleet, calculation of the number of maintenance personnel, all necessary technological equipment was selected, calculation of work posts, auxiliary posts, car-waiting places and storage, calculation of areas of industrial and warehouse premises, calculation of parking areas, calculation of areas of auxiliary premises, a description of the planning decisions of the master plan and the production building is given, the body section is described in more detail.

2) In the design part, it was proposed for use at the designed service station and the use of a screw jack with a lifting capacity of 12 tons in the body area was justified. A complete description of this device, the principle of operation and the main advantages of its use are given.

3) In the section "Repair Technology" the repair is described in detail front bumper car Fiat Ducato. The main defects of this unit, their causes and methods of elimination are analyzed.

4) In the organizational and economic part, the cost of fixed production assets was calculated, the wages of all personnel were calculated, the technical and economic indicators of the work of the designed service station were calculated. The financial results of the activity of the service station show that the enterprise is profitable and competitive: the overall profitability is 24%, the payback period is 3 years, the income of the service station is 281,248.46 thousand rubles.

5) In the final section of the diploma project, the safety and environmental friendliness of design solutions, an analysis of harmful and dangerous production factors arising in the body area was carried out, as well as an analysis of the impact of the service station production building on the environment. In the graduation project, the issues of diagnostics, maintenance and repair of brakes of passenger cars are considered. Based on the results of the research carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn.

1. Overview of designs brake systems of modern passenger cars revealed their features, advantages and disadvantages, allowing to outline ways of studying the problems of designing and servicing brakes.

2. On the basis of generally accepted methods, the characteristics of braking systems for various types of cars were calculated.

3. The theoretical foundations of the system of diagnostics, maintenance and repair of brake systems of passenger cars are outlined. Modern trends in the development of diagnostic equipment are shown.

4. Designed a section for diagnostics, maintenance and repair of brakes of passenger cars within the framework of a typical service station. Based on the results of the calculations, a list of equipment was developed to perform the relevant work. Based on this, the area of ​​the site was determined (12 5). The need for personnel (4 people) was determined.

5. A technique and algorithm for bench testing of brakes are proposed, which allow efficient maintenance.

6. In the economic part, the calculation of the cost of diagnostics, maintenance and repair for a VAZ-21101 car was carried out.

Design of a complex maintenance station for MAZ vehicles for 12 posts


In the graduation project, calculations were made for the design of a station for the comprehensive maintenance of MAZ vehicles for 12 posts. Warranty maintenance and repairs are carried out at the station trucks MAZ. In addition, the sale of spare parts, materials, oils, technical liquids and other accessories for MAZ trucks.

Based on the analysis of the size of the MAZ truck fleet and the growth schedule of the fleet, it was concluded that the construction of a comprehensive maintenance station for MAZ trucks is fully justified.

In the technological section, it is determined that 26 production workers will ensure the timely performance of maintenance and repair of cars at 12 service stations.

To perform the scope of work for warranty and post-warranty maintenance and repair of MAZ trucks, calculations were made for the availability of the necessary production zones and sites, it was determined by calculation that the production building has 1 diagnostic post, 4 maintenance posts, 3 posts in the TR zone. In the body and paint departments organized 2 posts. The UMR post and acceptance are located on the territory of the enterprise, for the convenience of car maintenance.

At the complex maintenance station, modern equipment has been installed that meets the requirements of MAZ for servicing this brand.

The area of ​​the site allotted for the construction of a service station is 8642 m 2 . The area of ​​greenery is 1123 m 2 , and the building density coefficient is 0.31. These indicators comply with the requirements of regulatory documents for the design of service stations.

The diagnostic post is equipped with stands for checking the traction and braking properties of the car, with support for computer diagnostics. The planning decision of the diagnostic post was made taking into account the requirements of safety and sanitary standards. The necessary modern technological equipment has been selected for this site.

In the technological part of the graduation project, a technology for repairing the power steering pump housing was developed. A scheme for the repair of the power steering hull, a route map, an operational and technological map were drawn up, in which the time for performing operations was determined.

In the section on safety and environmental friendliness of design solutions, calculations were made for general artificial lighting in relation to the diagnostic post, all safety and environmental precautions were observed. The developed measures to protect the environment make it possible to consider the service station as an almost environmentally friendly enterprise.

In the economic section, it is determined that the cost of building a service station is 169,642 thousand rubles. The total income from the performance of work at the service station is 68,899.9 thousand rubles. The overall profitability is 17.9%. The payback period of the designed car service station is 5.5 years "static", and the discounted payback period of capital investments is 6.8 years.

Thus, the integrated maintenance station is cost-effective, technically feasible and environmentally friendly.

It is very good if the unit allows you to balance the wheels, taking into account factory tolerances in rotating elements - hubs, disks, etc. At the end, the wheels are installed on the car. In this case, the tightening force of the fasteners is controlled by a torque wrench. This is the most general scheme.

    Modern equipment for tire fitting and technical diagnostics allows you to combine this important process with a number of other auxiliary technical operations.

    Tire vulcanization is a type of tire repair for various damages. Distinguish between cold and hot vulcanization. Cold vulcanization is the bonding of two materials (in this case, rubber components), without heat treatment. Hot vulcanization differs from cold vulcanization in that the bonding of materials occurs using high temperatures. For this type of repair, such consumable, like "raw rubber" - a viscous, plastic mixture that turns into real rubber during the vulcanization process and closes the damage.

    Tire side cut repair is a process no less responsible than tire balancing. First of all, because the safety of driving a car depends on the observance of technology and the quality of its implementation. To repair tire side cuts, you need a specialized vulcanizer - always with bilateral heating of the tire, as well as knowledge of the features of this type of repair.

    Restoration, repair and painting of disks is a service that is popular with many motorists.
