Tires goodrich all terran. All-season tire Cordiant All Terrain - tests, reviews, review. Comfortable ride on asphalt

Eugene about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tire

There are two versions of this tire - LT (triple cord, the most common) and standard (two-ply cord), differ in the index of permissible maximum load.

I have experience using LT. It is more durable, it is difficult to pierce it, but at the same time it is heavy (20-30% heavier than competitors in the A / T class; in my case 24 kg versus 18-20 kg) and tough. On ordinary SUVs (and not pickup trucks loaded to capacity), tire pressure on asphalt must be kept about 0.2 atm below the recommended one, then the level of driving comfort will be acceptable. Significantly increased unsprung masses will not go anywhere - acceleration and deceleration will be difficult. At the same time, due to the rigid sidewall, the LT withstands movement at low pressure without a strong fear of being disassembled. The KO2 protector at a pressure below 1 atm allows you to move confidently enough over rough terrain, even in places swampy. The tires are quiet and have good dry and wet pavement, acceptable - in winter conditions. Wear resistance is good, on asphalt on tires 265/70/R17 121/118S 1 mm of tread is lost per 10 thousand km (the tread height of a new tire is 11.6 mm)

In general, a successful model from a well-known manufacturer, mainly consisting of advantages. Among the minuses are the high weight of the LT / the low strength of the sidewall of the standard, as well as the high price

Vladislav about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tire

Tires took for the summer. Size 265/70/17. V total tires covered 70,000 km out of 110,000 total run. Depreciation 60-70%. Now the fourth season is on and it looks like I'll skate it all. Tire noise on a pickup truck is a relative concept, for me personally there is no noise. These tires are slightly wider than standard ones, so 1 liter was added to the consumption

Pros: Amazingly strong sidewall. I compare it with the wheels of my comrades with whom we travel. In the same situations, standard (non-mud) tires go to hell! All four wheels have scars 3-4 mm deep and 3-5 cm long. Not a single hint of hernia and breakdowns. Every year I drive on rocky roads with sharp stones. There is no fear that I will break through the sidewall.

The first puncture of the treadmill appeared at 60% wear. Prior to that, even traveled on sharp knots from trees there were no problems.

In winter, these wheels are unsettling. On ice and rolled snow - poorly controlled, but you can ride. In the spring you change a little earlier, that is, while the snow has not yet melted, and in the fall you put on winter tires a little later than everyone else.

With white letters on the sides, beautiful!

Disadvantages: in a crisis - only the price))).

I would definitely buy again, but I need to get out of the crisis!

Excellent tires, I bought them at the end of January, I checked in the March thaws there were puddles and mud in some places, of course, they are heavy, the thickness of the sidewalls is almost 1.5 cm. In general, I am very satisfied with the tires, I advise!

Pavel about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tire

Normul on the highway, soft tires, snow is excellent, does not hold on bare ice, like any other without spikes, rode through the forest, melted snow, crust / mud, 90/10, positive impressions, rowing is understandable normul, but there are changes between KO (before that it stood) and KO2, the side blocks are cleaned, which was not observed at KO, the center is still washed out with melted snow, when the gas is released, it leaves the track, did not want to get out of the rut in KO, when the track is tilted to the side, it almost does not tighten. buzzing we'll see in the mud soon...

Good day to all! I purchased these tires in the spring of 2017, having studied the topic for a long time, weighing all the pros and cons (a little expensive). I live in the Murmansk region, and in the summer and autumn, if not many, but interesting routes were passed. These were forest sand-mud-stone roads and paths, and

mountainous and not very mountainous directions and passing trails of the Khibiny with their rivers, streams and rocks, sandy-stone shores of the White Sea. Yes, and just gravel, hills and hillocks with open arable land with and without grass, large and small bare stones and covered with moss, including in heavy rain. I VERY regretted that I did not dare to go south in these slippers - to the Tuapse and Sochi regions (it happened so). Because all kinds of dolmens, waterfalls and other sights were visited there. I was physically unable to reach some places (abandoned lighthouses of the Second World War) on ordinary summer tires, and frankly afraid of others. I was looking forward to winter for testing CO2. Now I can say with full confidence - the tires are really WINTER. I hope it is clear what I experienced for myself, in order to know its real possibilities. Fortunately, we have more than enough snow and ice)). Many kilometers of winter roads were covered, snow-covered and covered to the very rapids and higher, steep icy ascents and descents, and simply urban conditions - rebuilding, rings, traffic lights with hillocks and slopes.

I can definitely say: All Terrain T / A KO2 is an excellent winter and summer tire, because it rows and rides equally well both in winter and in summer! 30-50% city/highway // 30-50% light off-road.

Now about those drivers and motorists who are on the right and left hand, that is, about two opposites:

1) These are not MUD tires, and will not be suitable for sporty and other outright off-road

2) This is not a track tire, and for those who dangle every day, for example, Moscow - St. Petersburg, you need to definitely think about spikes. Although he himself tried 160-180 in winter and summer (only tried).

So: next time I will take only these tires or their newer model.

Good luck to all!

Mokrozub Andrey about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tire

Before buying, I chose from several models: 1) Yokohama Geolandar A / T,

2) Cooper Discoverer STT and of course BFGoodrich !!!

Nevertheless, I decided to take the latter, knowing that Goodrich is more durable than others.

Drove no more than 1000 km, while I do not regret for a minute.

Holds the road perfectly, for me personally, it is not noisy! I deliberately drove into puddles at speed in order to check how it would behave, and so if you know what I mean, then the wobbling of the steering wheel was so small that it was barely noticeable. Since I changed from winter to it early, I have already visited the spring thaw. It rows beautifully, left the potash without problems. In general, the purchase is very satisfied. She is well worth her money. And if there is a choice of a / t rubber, then I highly recommend it.

Nivovod about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tire

Long wanted to put goodrich on Niva, but did not want to go out of stock. Before that, goodriches a / t KO were only in size 215/70/16 (on the stock field it strikes on the front edge of the locker when turning), and now there are KO2 in size 215/65/16. For the stock Niva, the most kakavo !!!)) So far, 2 weeks on these wheels - the flight is normal! After Contyre Expedition noticeably heavier and stiffer. In terms of comfort, of course, it is quieter than mud ones, but, again, harder! It rushes through the mud soundly, but like on the whole a / t-shka, only from overclocking))) Since I recently don’t plan to use them year-round, I won’t put stars on snow and ice control! For winter - winter tires! I'll update my review later as I use it.

Of the shortcomings, I note only an unreasonably high price. There are quite 100% competitors to this tire (I will not advertise manufacturers), but for 2-3 thousand rubles. cheaper per wheel.

Andrey about the BFGoodrich All Terrain T / A KO2 tire honest review

Previous story: Previously used tires of this model of the previous generation. I bought it at * Znamensky * car market in Irkutsk. I didn’t understand the marking, I was deceived by the seller. Thus, I drove on tires of 1984, 94, 04 and 2014, I’ll immediately note that they were poorly balanced (a lot of loads). Nevertheless, they showed themselves with dignity: Yes, they were clogged with clay, but they were taken out of the abyss, peat, loam and black earth passed calmly, but they did not immediately leave the deep wet rut. Because the tires were not worn out, but basically, the old ones were dry and hardened, covered with cracks (along the circle of the sidewalls and from the side of the tread, like cuts, towards the disk), which led to rapid wear. In 2016, the "cut" of the rear right wheel burst, healed by vulcanization (tire 2004). In 2017, too, but with inside front left wheel (tire 1994) in front (June 17). The fact that 60% of the pattern match played a decisive role in the choice. Delivered from the Mosavtoshina company to Angarsk in a week, by Business Lines. The smell of fresh rubber was intoxicating for a month, I thought about ordering the next pair in the winter of 2018, but I decided to act proactively (ordering in July) and it turned out to be not in vain: at the end of August, the car on an ideal road began to evenly "sway like on a transverse wave", especially this it was noticeable when moving slowly in a traffic jam, it turned out; on the tire of 2014 (the youngest), a hernia appeared 20 cm long and 7 cm wide along the tread pattern. So now I have a spare tire: American tubeless survivability champion in 1984 (there was still a time for food stamps in the USSR).

Model KO 2, in October has already covered 2000 km. Now I hope for a longer resource for these tires (according to the expedition forums). it was possible to run into a cut. Now it helps to actively get out of the "wet" rut. It is impossible to call KO 2 all-weather even for a temperate climate, they became stiff and began to buzz in October at +5 degrees and began to slip in the mud. For the winter, right on the disks, I have a set of "Hancock Eye-Pike" that go well even on the March wet, completely covered-untouched (50-60 cm) hunting road with fragments of the track of a snowmobile and an ATV.

Tires BF Goodrich, I think the best choice, because. they showed their endurance in practice (by the way, in a rough rock). The price is certainly high, but if you distribute it by mileage, it turns out that it is less than other brands. Here is such a story from life.

After careful consideration, it was decided to install ATshny Goodrich KO2. The choice of this model was due to the following reasons:

1) Approximate compliance of the characteristics of this rubber with the operating conditions of our Grand Vitara

2) Analogues (Cooper ST, Goodyeat Wrangler Duratrac, etc...) do not have dimensions 225/70 r16 (standard for our Grand Vitara)

3) Among AT tires in size 225/70 r16 Goodrich KO2 has the most evil tread pattern.

Now about rubber.

1) In the city - chic! Quiet, like the previous highway, it even handles pits and sunbeds a little softer.

2) On the track - also good! In the range of 80-100 km / h, a slight noise is heard, vaguely reminiscent of the MTshka, but much quieter (and up to 80 and after 100 it seems to be non-existent). The dynamics did not fall, fuel consumption did not increase. The handling of the car remained good, even at 140-160 km/h.

3) Off-road - worthy for AT. Traveled only on muddy black soil. Of course, it’s not worth comparing with MT, this rubber lathers more, the car throws and shakes more strongly, but unlike the highway, it works, at least somehow clings to the ground, and at least somehow self-cleans on the sides. In any case, driving through the mud has become much more confident!

The appearance of the car with these wheels has become more off-road and more brutal :)

The price tag, of course, is considerable. Without tire work, a set of 4 wheels cost about 43 thousand. But this rubber fulfills its purpose 100% and does its job perfectly! Highly recommend this model owners of cars such as the Suzuki Grand Vitara, Renault Duster (and its twin Nissan Terrano), as it fits perfectly into the conditions for which these cars are intended (city-highway-moderate off-road). I am very happy with the choice!

Tires Cordiant All Terrain- off-road tires for vehicles with increased cross-country characteristics, for all-wheel drive jeeps, crossovers or pickups. The Cordiant All Terran tire can be used all year round as the tread rubber is able to adapt to all temperatures ranging from -45°C frost to 55°C hot.

The tire exhibits excellent traction in icy conditions, cross-country ability off-road, and also provides a comfortable ride on smooth asphalt. Rubber Cordiant All Terrain gives the car confident handling on packed snow, patency in loose snow, in slush and on a dirty road. Tire class All Terrain (all-terrain) makes it possible to easily move on broken roads, while at the same time allowing the car to develop a decent speed on quality road surfaces. Tires of the Cordiant All Terran series have speed indexes T and H, which corresponds to speeds up to 190 - 210 km / h, respectively.

Cordiant All Terrain: the all-round tire for all conditions

Cordiant All Terrain tires are a truly versatile tire that allows you to comfortably and safely overcome any road. Tires are designed for motorists who, in an equal percentage, move both on broken roads, off-road, and on smooth asphalt. Moreover, due to the excellent adaptability of the tread, the transition from a high-quality coating to a broken suburban road is almost imperceptible.

Cordiant All Terran tires have fairly high load indexes, which makes them suitable for heavy SUVs, as well as for pickups that are used in full load mode. High cross-country ability and excellent handling are complemented by tire reliability, which is determined by the strength of the carcass structure, tread configuration and rubber layer composition.

All-terrain tread - ample opportunities to overcome any routes

The Cordiant All Terrain tread has a universal pattern of a rather complex configuration. In the central part of the pattern there is a continuous longitudinal rib, divided into trapezoidal blocks by diagonal cuts. In turn, each block of this rib is divided in half by a narrower slot directed perpendicular to the channels separating these blocks. The central rib defines a high exchange rate stability car, informative control and improves the quality of adhesion when driving in a straight line.

The blocks of the central part of the Cordiant All Terran tread and the blocks of the shoulder parts, which end at the sidewall of the tire, have a single pattern, and are separated from each other by a complex system of channels and slots. This configuration defines the presence of a large number of sharp edges, which are the edges of the clutch, providing effective contact with the road surface.

The pattern of diagonal curved channels of the outer part has a reverse direction relative to the pattern of the inner part. The sipes used in the tread of the Cordiant All Terrain all-terrain rubber have several types, which contributes to the excellent quality of grip on the road surface of various qualities and in any weather. The configuration of the blocks of the central part of the tread pattern, as well as the direction of the pattern, gives the car confident handling on packed snow, stability and lack of slip on unstable soils, muddy roads and slush.

The blocks of the shoulder part of the Cordiant All Terran tread have a rather sharp angle and a complex shape, thanks to which the car acquires excellent maneuverability, and the sharp edges of the massive blocks are effective "lugs" that increase the car's flotation when driving off-road.

Advantages of Cordiant All Terrain tires

Universal Cordiant rubber All Terrain has a number of advantages that provide the car owner with significant advantages over tires for the city or rubber, the use of which depends on seasonality. Affordable price tires of this model are advantageously complemented by unique running properties:

  • Increased permeability
  • Comfortable ride on asphalt
  • Excellent grip on ice
  • Informative manageability
  • Wet skid resistance
  • Low noise
  • Wear resistance

Increased permeability

One of the main needs, which, according to the designers, should be realized with the help of Cordiant All Terrain tires is the ability to comfortably and safely move on any road, from difficult off-road conditions to high-quality urban roads. AND new tire fully ensures the car's cross-country ability on any road, moreover, in any season of the year. Mud, snow, broken or dirt roads, slush or even asphalt of city highways - the Cordiant All Terran tire demonstrates in any conditions high performance and security.

Comfortable ride on asphalt

The high cross-country ability of Cordiant All Terrain tires does not make them unsuitable for comfortable driving on smooth roads. On the contrary, tires of this series allow you to develop on flat track decent speed, while providing safe driving and confident handling. With Cordiant All Terran tires, the driver acquires the ability to perform precise maneuvers in a dense stream of cars, tires provide fast acceleration and efficient braking.

Excellent grip on ice

An icy road is one of the sine qua non conditions that a motorist faces in winter, and the Cordiant All Terrain tire provides perfect traction on icy pavement, frozen snow crust or solid ice of frozen puddles. Numerous grip edges formed by slots that cross the tread pattern at different angles, as well as transverse lamellas of the shoulder blocks, provide high-quality contact, effectively capturing the smallest surface irregularities.

Informative manageability

The directionality of the Cordiant All Terran tread pattern, determined by the mutual arrangement of the blocks, provides the car with high directional stability, the ability to dynamically maneuver, as well as high information content of control. The tires respond quickly to steering inputs, providing feedback so that the driver can maneuver accurately on city pavement, and the vehicle also maintains excellent handling and in difficult off-road conditions.

Wet skid resistance

Spring thaw, slush, a large number of puddles on the road is not a cause for concern, the Cordiant All Terrain tire is able to effectively resist the slip of a car on a wet road when speeding up. The effect of hydroplaning is eliminated due to the rapid removal of water from the contact patch. Wide longitudinal channels and a branched system of diagonal grooves allow capturing significant masses of water in the contact patch area and draining water on the sides of the wheel.

Low noise

The checkered block arrangement system, created according to modern 3D modeling principles, ensures a minimum level of noise, which is a consequence of the friction of the tread relief against the road surface. On smooth pavement, the driver and passengers are provided with a high degree of acoustic comfort, noise does not distract from driving, and its absence favorably affects long-term concentration of attention.

Wear resistance

Thanks to the new rubber compound The Cordiant All Terran tire is characterized by increased mileage, which is especially important for year-round use of a set of tires. Rubber stays flexible no matter what. temperature regime, does not overheat in the summer heat, which determines a high degree of resistance to abrasion on the road surface.

All-season car tires are appreciated by those drivers who operate their cars in an active mode, and simply do not have the opportunity to change tires depending on the time of year and weather conditions. In addition, it often has good cross-country ability on dirt roads and off-road. These models include Cordiant All Terrain. Reviews about it, written by drivers, speak of good performance. Let's see how exactly the manufacturer managed to create a universal and practical model of all-season tires.

Briefly about the model

The developer is the well-known domestic company Cordiant, which is a supplier of inexpensive, but at the same time quite high-quality tire products for various types of cars. Specifically, this model is positioned by the manufacturer as an off-road vehicle, which will perform its functions well on classic cars designed for out-of-town trips, among which are the UAZ and Jeep beloved by fishermen, on which the standard size 205 * 70 R15 is most often installed.

According to marketers, it is able to maintain its characteristics under any weather conditions, including severe frosts, rains, or hot summers. How true this is, we will try to find out by analyzing user reviews. However, one thing is certain - the advertising works quite well, and the Cordiant All Terrain 98H model is one of the most popular in its market niche.

Tread pattern

As is the case with any modern tire, the development of the tread pattern was not without computer modeling. So, the result of the simulations was a tire with a powerful longitudinal central rib. It is responsible for the rigidity of the entire structure, which is necessary under high loads.

Complementing it are two middle ribs located on both sides of the center of the working surface of the tire. They are made of separate blocks separated by fairly wide slots and located at different angles to each other. In this way, the designers managed to create a large number of multidirectional cutting edges that provide good grip on the road surface regardless of the direction of the applied force. So, it helps to maneuver when driving on wet clay dirt roads, since the Cordiant All Terrain OA-1 tire confidently guides the car in the direction the driver wants to go.

Side tread blocks

Rubber of this class should have increased strength, since the chances of damaging it when driving off-road are much greater than on a high-quality asphalt track. That is why Cordiant All Terrain 215 * 65 R16 received powerful tread blocks located as close as possible to the sidewalls, as well as reinforced side parts with an additional cord. This approach made it possible to provide reliable protection against damage due to driving over sharp obstacles, as well as in case of a strong impact.

However, these are not the only advantages obtained as a result of such an arrangement of side tread blocks. Their special shape and placement improves the rowing characteristics of the tire when you have to pass through deep puddles, dirt, slush or loose snow. When there is too much dirt or snow at the point of contact with the road surface, it is thanks to them that the car can continue to move confidently and without slipping.

Course stability and maneuvering

If we take a closer look at the central rib, we can see that it is not solid, but is divided by small zigzag slots. This is done in order to improve its efficiency in straight-line movement and small maneuvering. As a result, directional stability is improved by increasing the level of traction, and a vehicle equipped with Cordiant All Terrain tires can easily overcome small obstacles without shifting relative to the direction of travel.

When making sharper maneuvers, side blocks with multidirectional edges are connected. Therefore, if it is necessary to make a sharp turn without losing speed, the driver may not worry that this may be unsafe.

Lamella mesh

As an all-season tyre, one of its key features should be its ability to resist hydroplaning. In the autumn-spring period, this is relevant, because heavy rains are quite common in almost all regions of the country. Due to the fact that the lamellas have a multidirectional arrangement and are quite wide in themselves, water can be effectively removed from the contact patch with the track in the shortest possible time.

Drivers who have equipped their cars with these tires, according to the manufacturer, may not worry that even with a sharp entry into a puddle, the car can “float”. The effective arrangement of the Cordiant All Terrain 103H lamellas has a positive effect not only when driving on water, but also in winter, when you have to drive on loose snow. It compresses inside the grooves without obstructing the car and even providing better traction. When the wheel is turned, the lamellas are self-cleaning, which allows you to constantly repeat the cycle, and ensures stability when driving on snow or snow slush.

Available sizes

Since the manufacturer directly indicates the types of vehicles preferred for installation, there are not many options in the dimensional grid. Tires are available with two inner diameters - 15 and 16 inches. For each of them, several options for the width of the working surface and the height of the profile have been released. The most popular among buyers is the size 205*70 R15. It is also possible to select a speed index. The maximum allowed speed ranges between 180 and 210 kilometers per hour.

Positive feedback about the model

It's time to get acquainted with the opinions of drivers who have already used this rubber in various conditions for quite some time. Their feedback on the Cordiant All Terrain is one of the main criteria that clearly shows the practicality of this model. Among the main positive qualities they note the following:

  • Acceptable cost. Compared to other models on the market, this one has a really nice price and is accessible to low-income buyers.
  • Thoughtful tread pattern. In addition to the fact that the tire looks attractive and can decorate an SUV, it copes well with the tasks assigned to it, showing its best side in any conditions.
  • Fight against hydroplaning. Rubber easily removes excess water from the contact patch with the track, preventing the car from “floating” due to surface tension.
  • High wear resistance. Abrasion resistance and high tread block height extend the life of the tire, allowing it to be used for several tens of thousands of kilometers. According to reviews of the Cordiant All Terrain, depending on the driving style, these figures may vary.
  • Low noise level. Of course, rubber high tread has some unpleasant hum that occurs while driving, however, according to drivers, this model is noticeably quieter than its direct competitors from the same segment.

As you can see from the list above, the tires of the model in question can be called successful. However, there are some drawbacks that you should consider before buying.

Negative aspects of the model

Among the key disadvantages in reviews of Cordiant All Terrain, the most common problem is with balancing. Some users point out that after mounting the tires on the rims, weights up to 100 grams were sometimes required, which is not a very good indicator and indicates a lack of quality control at the exit from the conveyor. Some users note that the rubber is more oak compared to the offers of competitors, but at the same time it behaves quite well in winter period during frosts. Therefore, it is not worth talking about a low-quality rubber compound, it is simply adapted to withstand ultra-high loads.

Conclusion

If you are a fan of off-road trips, have an appropriate car and want reliable tires, then you have come to the right place. The model under consideration has all the necessary features to ensure safety, driving comfort and maneuverability in hard-to-reach places. It has a number of advantages, which, along with low cost, favorably distinguish it from competitors. And the cons, although they exist, may seem insignificant for some, but for others they can be easily eliminated and do not affect safety and comfort while traveling.

Driver reviews: advantages and disadvantages of Cordiant All Terran

Unpretentious universal, in its budget class one of the best. In recent years, having improved the quality of its products, Cordiant decided to create AT class tires for the Russian climate and road conditions. Judging by the reviews and reports in social networks, the plan was a success. Let's see how this model behaves in different situations.

Asphalt

Up to 120 km / h adequate handling, informative steering wheel. After 120, the reaction of the wheels begins to lag, with a sharp maneuver or rearrangement, skidding is possible. The dynamics of the set speed is slightly different from the stock highway. The braking distance is average for the class on a dry road, uncritically long on a wet one, you need to feel it and keep your distance. Well cuts puddles, aquaplaning later. Noise compared to other ATs is below average. The rubber is hard - joints and potholes are felt. The tread is quite durable, it holds a blow well, there is a certain immunity to sudden potholes. The service resource is slightly inferior to the market leaders, but among tires of a similar price level it is practically out of competition. Fuel consumption is higher than road tires, standard for AT.

Cordiant All Terrain close-up

off-road

Good cross-country ability on gravel, grass field and soil, including muddy after rain. Not bad on rocks and rocky passages, but as the slope increases and on high boulders it will begin to slip. Some drivers praise patency in the sand. Dirt - only light, blurs the grooves; if the car gets stuck, you can only get out by digging the wheels to the ground, so evaluate the depth of the mix before you go there. Clay - any experiments other than "skip a small area at speed" are contraindicated. Killed lanes - keeps, does not wear, but there will be shaking. Below is a video about the adventures of mushroom pickers, who dug up their usual path, because of which they had to ride through a swampy field and a wet puddle primer; you can see that the car goes easily and does not slip on a light road.

Winter

Cordiant All Terrain maintains a stable level of elasticity in a fairly wide range of temperatures - in the cold it clings to the roughness of the road, in the heat it does not spread over the asphalt. Works on snow cover, is not afraid of porridge. On ice and packed snow - slippery, you need to turn it on four-wheel drive and caution. In general, if you start from the words of the drivers - a little worse than the average Velcro, better than most all-seasons. In a city where roads are cleaned and there is not very often ice, it is quite possible to use this model all year round.

Additional chips

Thermal adaptability can be useful for those who live in mountainous areas or make long journeys with changing climatic zones - there is no problem of a drop in the driving properties of rubber during a sharp cooling or warming of the environment. Residents of the northern latitudes, who need strictly winter tires in the cold season, can use the all-terrain Cordiant as summer tire, which will insure against a sudden cold snap and help to bypass the peak of queues for seasonal change of shoes.

rubber compound

This model is designed for operation at temperatures from -45 to +55 degrees Celsius.

Drawing

Checkers in the form of uneven trapezoids form the edges of the toe at different angles, which allows you to provide the proper level of coupling, maneuverability and directional stability on a wide range types of pavement. The drainage network is well developed - water, dirt and slush are collected by longitudinal grooves and removed by diagonal ones. The central rib improves directional stability on flat roads.

Advantages:

1) Price. 2) Normally rides on the asphalt, on the country road so generally wonderful. 3) The protector practically does not wear out.

Flaws:

Comments:

In general, rubber justifies its cost by 99%. If your head is on your shoulders and there is no wind in it, then you can use it all year round, but it’s better not to! Time will tell how many seasons it departs, but for 10,000 km. wear - no.

Advantages:

I put it on ShNiva after the standard Kama. Feelings - as if he had moved to another car: the dynamics improved noticeably, the noise disappeared, a roll appeared. Previously, I had no idea that tires could change the behavior of a car in such a way!

Flaws:

Subjectively, braking has become a little more imposing ... Maybe, it hasn’t run in yet.

Comments:

For Chevy Niva: Compared to the standard Kama - heaven and earth, the car, as they say, went. I was so impressed that I even wrote a review for the first time! I have not climbed in the mud yet, but, judging by the tread, the average off-road is quite capable.

Advantages:

Low price. High wear resistance (I took it in June 2012. The tread remained about 3 mm.)

Flaws:

Comments:

Took on Niva size 205/70 R15. On the road behaves very well. For 6 seasons of operation on the roads of our country, the tread remained 3 mm, with a seasonal mileage of 30-35 thousand km. I think this is an excellent result. This season I will take the same one again.
