  • ½ tsp. + 2 tbsp. sunflower oil;
  • salt;

1. Remove the top crust and cut the loaf into 1/2-inch thick slices (makes about 6 slices).

2. Separate the garlic cloves and set 2 of them aside. Squeeze out the cloves (without the indicated 2 pieces) into a deep container using a garlic press. Add sunflower oil, salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

3. Rub the resulting garlic mixture into each piece on one side, and add additional salt on top.

4. Layer the bread slices on top of each other (bread layer - garlic mixture - salt, repeat). Set the pyramid aside and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
