A representative of the owner who does not have the right to drive a car can also receive a detained vehicle from a penalty parking lot. Muscovites from 24.07.2016 have the opportunity to take out the detained vehicles from the special parking lot without prepayment for the use of a tow truck and idle time in the parking lot. 4. Final stage

This stage consists in the process of obtaining a detained car from a car impound. When returning the car, it is necessary to make a careful inspection of its external condition, internal contents and equipment. It is no secret that during the evacuation, due to careless handling during loading, transportation and unloading, the car may receive new damage or defects in the paintwork.
